About Abby
Hi, I’m Abby. I work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, either within themselves or in a relationship they really care about. Maybe you keep having the same arguments, feel like you’re not being understood, or keep finding yourself in patterns you don’t want to repeat. Maybe you just know something needs to change, but you’re not sure where to start. In therapy, we’ll slow things down, get curious about what’s really going on underneath it all, and work toward more clarity, security, and connection. I bring warmth, honesty, and curiosity to the work because I believe therapy should feel human.
